1. Introductory Provisions and the Case Law System
The administration reserves the right to add to, modify, and/or remove parts of these rules at its sole discretion.
By joining the "Sky Path" Discord/Minecraft server, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the rules. And remember: ignorance of the rules does not absolve you of responsibility.
Case Law System
The Sky Path server operates under a system of case law. If a player commits an offense not covered by any of the rules, they may be punished only with the approval of administration. This is not “making up rules on the fly,” but a mechanism that protects the server from abuse and closes the “gray area” where we (humans) might have forgotten or overlooked something. Thank you for your understanding.
Circumventing Punishment
Creating and/or using additional accounts (twinks) to avoid an active punishment (ban, mute, imprisonment, etc.) results in the blocking of the twinks and the extension and/or intensification of the punishment on the main account.
Interpretation of Rules
- In cases where a rule is open to interpretation or contains a loophole, the Administration has the final say.
- If an action goes against the spirit of the community, creates conflicts, harms the server’s atmosphere, or is clearly manipulative—it may be considered a violation, even if not explicitly described in the rules.
Assessment of Intent and Attempts at Deception
An attempt to circumvent the rules, even if no specific clause is formally violated, is considered a violation.
This includes actions by players who:
- deliberately circumvent a specific rule by exploiting its absence in the exact wording;
- hide behind the fact that “it is not explicitly prohibited”;
- use interpretations to their advantage that clearly contradict the general logic of the rules or the spirit of the game.
Behavior is evaluated not only based on the facts but also taking into account the player’s intent: that is, if it is evident that the action was deliberately aimed at causing harm, deception, circumvention, or exploitation—it will be punished, regardless of whether this specific situation is described in the rules.
“Pushing the Limits”
- Any play that pushes the boundaries of what is allowed, attempts to test the administration’s tolerance, or manipulates flaws in the system, rules, or game mechanics.
- If a player:
- constantly walks “on the edge” of punishment;
- systematically exploits what is “not explicitly prohibited”;
- plays the role of a “rule-lawyer” looking for loopholes...
...this is considered deliberate toxic behavior and may be punished in the same way as an explicit violation.
Manipulation of the Administration and the Complaint System
- Attempts to influence the decisions of moderators or the administration through manipulation, pressure, repeated submissions on the same issue, deliberate distortion of facts, or deliberate “complaint spamming.”
- Repeated appeals on the same issue without new evidence or arguments are considered an obstruction of moderation.
Consistency and Reputation
When reviewing a violation, the Administration considers not only the specific incident but also the player’s overall behavior:
- history of penalties;
- number of warnings;
- style of behavior, communication, and interaction with other players.
This means that even minor or technically insignificant violations can lead to more severe penalties if the player has been in similar situations multiple times or behaves in a provocative, defiant, or toxic manner.
We are NOT a court. We are the administrators of this gaming space, where we prioritize substance and FAIRNESS over the letter of the law. We reserve the right to protect the server from any attempts to circumvent its rules—regardless of whether they are explicitly stated in the rules. Follow the game rules, respect others, and play for your own enjoyment.
2. COMMUNICATION RULES
General Provisions
Terminology
- Mute – Temporary blocking of chat (text or voice).
- Ban – Account suspension.
- Permanent ban – a complete block with no possibility of unban.
- Jail – a “jail” restriction on the ability to play freely for a specified period.
- BL – messages typed in BIG LETTERS.
- Flood – repeating similar messages too often.
- Spam – numerous messages with no specific content.
- Recidivism – a repeat violation after a previous punishment.
- Cheats – third-party programs/mods that provide an unfair advantage.
2.1 Politeness and Respect
It is prohibited to use profanity (except in the Global Chat), or to insult or belittle others (in all chats).
2.2 Conflicts and Sensitive Topics
Prohibited: inciting arguments and conflicts, being highly toxic, or mocking other players’ political, religious, or personal beliefs.
2.3 Prohibited Symbols
Pro-Russian propaganda, communism, Nazism, fascism, extremism, and symbols used to mock minorities.
2.4 Advertising
- - Prohibited: advertising other servers, services, the buying/selling of items, or hosting services in all “Sky Path” server chat rooms, as well as using books, signs, private messages, etc., for this purpose.
- - It is prohibited to force or manipulate players to visit third-party websites or servers for the purpose of promoting any advertisements.
2.5 Unsubstantiated Accusations
It is prohibited to make accusations without clear evidence: screenshots or video recordings.
2.6 Spam. Flooding. BIG LETTERS (BL)
Spam, flooding (all chats), and BL (Global Chat) are prohibited.
2.7 Repeated violations
Systematic disregard of multiple rules may result in a more severe penalty, up to a permanent ban.
3. GAME RULES AND ECONOMY
3.1 Cheats and Third-Party Software
Prohibited: Cheats, autoclickers, bots, “transparent” resource packs, etc. Only client mods that do not affect the game balance are allowed (minimaps, HUD aids, ReplayMod, etc.).
3.2 Nicknames
- - Prohibited: profanity, names of genitalia, discriminatory and racist words/expressions, as well as “228, 1488,” etc.
- - Prohibited: Plagiarizing nicknames of the “Sky Path” server administration: (Admin, ReDAngeLL, HACKERPRO17)
3.3 Bugs and Server-Straining Mechanisms
Prohibited: Intentionally triggering/creating bugs that cause server lag. Exploiting errors and bugs in plugins for personal gain. Building farms that significantly reduce the server's TPS. (Automate farms using fewer mechanisms; keep it simple.)

3.5 Donations
3.5.1 It is prohibited to transfer resources, donated items, sets (kits), or any other advantages obtained through donations to other players for free.
Violation: 7-day ban.3.5.2 It is prohibited to use donation features for the benefit of other players without equivalent compensation. This includes: lending donation items, repairing other players’ items via special commands, transferring donation spawners or any other items, etc.
First violation: 1-day ban.3.5.3 It is prohibited to teleport players to zones or areas accessible exclusively to donors.
Violation: 15-day ban.3.5.4 It is prohibited to abuse the donation refund system to avoid expenses while retaining already received benefits. Such actions are considered fraud.
Penalty: permanent account ban.3.5.5 It is prohibited to trade or sell donation-based privileges, ranks, or any related items for real money or other benefits outside the game.
Violation: 15-day ban / permanent account ban.3.5.6 It is prohibited to use donation features to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the game balance. If donation errors or bugs are discovered, the player is required to report them to the Administration.
Failure to report: 7-day ban.3.5.7 It is prohibited to circumvent restrictions related to donation tiers. For example: purchasing items at a discounted price for other players without receiving equivalent payment, or providing donor services for free.
Violation: 3-day ban.
3.6 Trading for Real Money
Selling or buying resources, currency, accounts, or structures for real money is PROHIBITED.
3.7 Unauthorized access to another player’s account
It is prohibited to log into another player’s account (regardless of consent), transfer items through it, change settings, cause harm, withdraw resources, or use it to circumvent restrictions.
All items transferred from another player’s account are considered to have been obtained illegally.
3.8 Misappropriation of Admin Items / Prohibited Items
Appropriation of items that are not available to regular players (Administrator items that are prohibited for free use, items from plugins/mods, creative mode, exploits, etc.) without personal permission or knowledge of the Administration, as well as their deliberate concealment and/or use.
3.9 Public Discrediting of the Server / Administration “Sky Path”
It is prohibited to publicly humiliate, discredit, or spread false information about the “Sky Path” server, the Administration, or its members in-game, on Discord, or on any other platforms/chats, regardless of the form (jokes, slander, provocations, manipulation, “opinions,” etc.).
Note: Criticism is permitted only in a constructive manner through official communication channels (for example, via a special form on Discord).
4. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
4.1 Complaints and Appeals System
If you believe a penalty is unfair, file an appeal in the chat room for your penalty within 48 hours. Admins are required to respond within 24 hours.
You are required to follow the instructions of Administrators, Moderators, and Helpers. Failure to do so may result in penalties.
If you notice any violations, you can file a complaint via a support ticket (Be sure to have evidence ready! Include screenshots or other proof of the violations when submitting your complaint!).
